Please fill out the registration form to register your child/children for enrolment at Mandurah Baptist College.
To place your child/children on the waitlist, a completed form with required fee of $50.00 per registration is required.
Note: If you change your contact details after registering, please notify us. Telephone and email is the usual means of contact, so it may mean loss of an invitation to enrol, if you have not updated your details.
If you have, or have ever had a child registered at the College, you will not need to pay another registration fee.
